The Antonio Colombo Arte Contemporanea gallery opened in Milan in 1998, presenting from the beginning a selection of Italian artists particularly linked to the taste of its founder.
At the beginning it exhibited mainly young Italian art, with some impromptu openings also to foreign artists, and with a focus on painting.
